"Maria was a godsend!
We were having some challenges with a vacant condo listing that the owner, at our urging, agreed to invest in sprucing up with some repairs, paint and new appliances. A perfect canvas for staging. However, their budget was tight and they felt that the sprucing up would be enough as the condo was in a very desirable building. The listing went on the market without furniture staging. After three weeks, a couple dozen showings and one low offer, we encouraged our client to come up with a bit more budget so that we could stage the condo and give it another go. We explained that buyers were having trouble visualizing themselves in the space. Well... that's when Maria came in! Our timelines and our budget were tight and Maria managed to pull it all together beautifully. We re-listed the condo and two days later it Sold! Needless to say everyone was thrilled and most importantly, our client was so appreciative.
