Home Remedy can manage and execute the entire staging process for you or you can choose to be involved to whatever extent you like. We offer several staging options to accommodate your needs, wants and budget.
Staging Options
Consultation Only
The staging process begins with an in-home consultation (approximately 2 hours) to assess every aspect of your home, followed by a detailed written report identifying all items that require attention and help prioritizing them.
Full Staging
Allow us to manage the entire staging project from start to finish. Following the in-home consultation, we will then proceed to eliminate clutter, edit and re-arrange furniture, co-ordinate furniture rentals, organize, accessorize, and prepare flower arrangements to finish it all off. We can also provide colour and lighting consultations, home décor shopping services and trade referrals to assist you with all your home staging needs.
Finishing Touches
Begins with an in-home consultation, but then you choose to tackle most of the staging recommendations yourself. Home Remedy will return to complete the final touches and ensure your home is ready for its debut.
Vacant Homes
Following the in-home consultation, we will arrange furniture rentals and completely accessorize the space so that potential buyers can visualize themselves living in the home.
