Home Remedy can manage and execute the entire staging process for you or you can choose to be involved to whatever extent you like. We offer several staging options to accommodate your needs, wants and budget. Our services are flexible and we’ll work with you to develop an appropriate staging approach and solution.
The staging process begins with an in-home consultation (approximately 2 hours) to assess every aspect of your home, followed by a comprehensive written report identifying all items requiring attention and help prioritizing them.
Allow us to manage the entire staging project from start to finish. Following the in-home consultation, we can arrange and/or provide referrals to skilled trades, eliminate clutter, edit and re-arrange furniture, co-ordinate furniture rentals and accessorize your home to create a finished product that will wow potential buyers.
Begins with an in-home consultation. You can choose to tackle most of the staging recommendations yourself. Home Remedy will then return to fine tune and complete the finishing touches to ensure your home is ready for it’s debut.
Following the in-home consultation, we will arrange to bring in rental furniture, accessories and artwork and then set it all up. Cold and empty rooms will be transformed into a warm and cozy home that potential buyers can imagine themselves living in.
